Attributes Cost Type & Financial Status have missing color mappings

Issue/Introduction

You are unable to update the color mappings for Cost Type and Financial Status.  They are displayed as read-only.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Administration>>Objects>>Project
2. Click Attributes tab
3. Search for 'Cost Type'
4. Click on the Cost Type attribute
5. Try to update the color mapping under the Display Mapping section

Expected Results - You are able to update without issue

Actual Results - It is greyed out and read-only

Resolution

The Cost Type attribute should be updated in the Project Financial Properties Object, not Project Object
