Can't log on to Admin Tool Unexpected end

Issue/Introduction
When trying to open the Admin Tool, get the following message: 'Error checking idashDB:java.jo.EOFException:Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream'.

Resolution
Need to clear the Java webstart cache: by running the following command from dos prompt and re-launch the admin tool
javaws -Xclearcache
