CVS Monitor not showing the right status when tests are failed

Issue/Introduction

Building a Test suite with test cases in it and deploying to CVS Monitor will not show the Test Suite as Failed when any of the Test cases fail. The CVS Monitor show the status of the Test suite as passed (Green) as in the below screenshot.

Where as the DevTest Portal-->Monitor-->Tests will show the Tests as Failed as in the below screenshot
