Control Compliance Suite (CCS)
A UNIX server has the following error when running a CER job or data collection job:
Error received from Agent: ########-####-####-####-############ Failed get job status from the agent '<agent_name>' for job id <number> Failed to get detailed status for job id - <number> from the agent '<agent_name>' The length of the detailed job status buffer for job id - <number> received from the agent 'agent_name>' is negetive
Release : CCS 12.5.x and 12.6 Agent based scans
The file system of the agent is full and no extra space is available.
Free up disk space on that agent and run the CER or data collection job again and the job will complete successfully. Depending on the scan you are running on the agent, you should have a minimum of 2 gigabytes of free disk space available on the agent.
