UIM Console not getting metric data for devices

Issue/Introduction

Running trend report on server fails with No metrics available.

UIM OC server show no metric data for devices

Dataengine debug log on level 3 to reduce debug information, showed error below pointing to partition error problems:

Oracle_BulkInsert::commitDataNoMax [QoSData] data_engine [QoS] status: -1
 OCI_ERROR - ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition

 OCIEnv: 0x000001382C402270 OCIAuthInfo: 0x000001382C436240 OCISvcCtx: 0x000001382BC326B8 
 - Error: Oracle_BulkInsert::commitDataNoMax [QoSData] data_engine [QoS] status: -1
 OCI_ERROR - ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - CABI REPORTS AND INTEGRATION

Cause

The database was Missing the required partitions for the  database information to be inserted.

Resolution

Followed instruction in KB url below to create manual partition, this resolved the issue:
