Issue/Introduction

Unable to start the CA Directory xxxxx-impd-co service

Getting an error while starting theCA directory - xxxx-impd-co service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs. 

Environment

CA IDM version14.3 CP2

Cause

etrust_cosx schema file didn't get copied during the patch installation

Resolution

Compared etrust_cosx schema file from the backup copy which was taken before applying the patch. Some customization was available prior to the upgradation, after which they had an issue restarting the server.

Replaced etrust_cosx schema file from backup to the current configuration.

Now we should able to start the impd-co services.
