we had added action flag in APM but we are not getting all the transaction information, daily 3k transaction is happing as per application when we are checking the same in APM it showing only up to 1k. We are unable to find where rest of transaction are missing.

The logs snippet is only from the 1 worker, There are another 15 workers which were reporting the same. From the logs also we can confirm that the packets that drops are after this messages.
Unless we see the OOT is resolved we can't do much. It is completely on the network side. Tim should get clean traffic to efficiently process packets and also the packet drops will be reduced.
