Issue/Introduction

An issue was found where an output filter would not trigger even thought the criteria are fulfilled.

 

 

Environment

Release : 21.0.2

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Software Bug - The Output-Filter should be case-insensitive, but due to a Bug it is actually case-sensitive.

Resolution

The issue has been confirmed to be a bug and will be fixed with a future service pack for Automation Engine V21.0 .

Additional Information

as workaround put the search string in upper case within the definition.
