Issue/Introduction

The Insights monthly view report is still showing data though June 2022.

 

 

Resolution

Data Collection job had not finished yet.

It takes a few days to collect the data, then 1 or 2 days to crunch the numbers then it can take a few days to upload the new data to the system.

If you don't see the data populated by the 14th of the month OR if you don't see that message stating the "Monthly calculation is in progress", open a case with us to let us know.
