Issue/Introduction

During upgrade, a query runs very long time and throws a Connection Timeout on Oracle.

Environment

Release : Any

Resolution

  1. Add this to your JDBC URL in properties.xml / CSA (make sure JDBC URL is enabled)
    ConnectionRetryCount=400;ConnectionRetryDelay=5;
  2. Save
  3. Stop services and retry the upgrade
