ADE writes db file outside Nimsoft folder

Issue/Introduction

In ADE probe 20.42 if you delete the automated_deployment_engine.h2.db file from the probe folder and restart the probe, the new h2.db file is getting created in C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\ instead of inside the probe folder.
