Attribute properties are not available for "Large String - Rich Text" data type

Issue/Introduction

For the majority of the Clarity attributes, the Clarity Administrator is able to configure the following attribute properties:

Value Required: The system enforces a non-null value defines the attribute.
Presence Required: The system enforces the attribute to be visible on an edit properties page, at least on a subpage.

Steps to Reproduce:

In Studio, Add a new Attribute on the Project object.
Select "Large String - Rich Text" as Data Type.

Observe the options the following options are cleared out:

Value Required
Populate Null Values with the Default
Presence Required
Read Only
