UIM - click on generate pdf in dashboard designer does nothing

Issue/Introduction

We are running uim 20,4 cu3 on w2016.

When we go to OC > Dashboard > published dashboard > and on the live view of the dashboard we select: "Generate PDF" the message: generating pdf appears, but at the end we don't see a pdf in our download folder.

Release : UIM 20.4

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - DASHBOARDS/DESIGNER

Cause

Browser requests to accept a pop-up from the website

Resolution

When the download starts, It needs a pop-up acceptance before downloading the dashboard. 

Example with Firefox: (same pop-up allowance is requested in Chrome and Edge) 

Either chose to always allow pop-ups from this site or show the single pop-up request to download the dashboard.
