Project Name not Editable in MUX but they are editable in Classic UX

Issue/Introduction
A few users are not able to edit Project Name in the MUX but are able to edit in Classic UX. This involves super user admins as well.
The Project Name field is greyed out
Resolution
The Blueprint which was attached to the Project had a rule created. The rule said that the Project Name can be edited only if the user is part of a specific User group.
