Cannot Upload Mar files to Portal , exceeding Java heap Size

Issue/Introduction

Error message received when trying to load 18gb Mar file to Portal for service Virtualization.

The allocated memory for the VSE is set to both 8gb allocated and 12gb max and showing those settings in Portal.

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Component : DevTest Portal

Cause

Needed to increase memory on Portal Service 

Resolution

Able to resolve issue after increasing Portal service memory to 6g and restarting.

Also brought down VSEs and deleted the folders under C:\Program Files\CA\DevTest\vseDeploy directory.  Started VSEs and was then able to upload MAR file.
