pc upgrade fails at sso install

Issue/Introduction

The upgrade for console runs and gets about 85% done.

Then it hangs.

If we look at the install log, the last thing listed is installing sso.

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : Performance Management Upgrades

Cause

This site uses BoKS security suite.

It looks like the Boks caused the runuser=root value in the install scripts to prompt for login auth.

This caused the services installs to fail.

Resolution

You need to edit BoKS configurations to allow the install owner to run the install scripts.
