I've problems with CA Risk startup, when I've tried to start CA RISK, the follow error appears:
Cannot continue due to registerDBSequence failure, SHUTTING DOWN
Release : 9.1
Component : RiskMinder(Arcot RiskFort)
Best course of action to address this issue to Restore the database to an earlier time and services should start fine.
Please make sure that regular backups are taken for the DB and if needed an earlier copy can be used for restoration.
