Issue/Introduction
Why was MS SQL 2012 support removed for UIM 20.4 months after 20.4 was released?
Environment
Release: 20.4 CU3 and above
Component: cabi
Cause
The cabi probe has been updated, and the versions of Jaspesoft that are contained in those versions no longer support MSSQL 2012.
Jaspersoft 7.5 which is our CABI only supports MS SQL 2014, 2016 and 2017. Jasper server 8.0 added support for MS SQL 2019 as well.
Resolution
Upgrade the database to a supported version.
