Task Fly Out Scroll bar not visible with Zoom > 100%

Issue/Introduction

Vertical scroll missing in Modern UX Task Details Fly-out. You have to use Chrome zoom out to see contents that do not show on screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Connect to Clarity - go to Modern UX with a browser set to 100%
2. Open any project - go to Tasks
3. Select a task and open the Flyout (leave the flyout normally sized do not expand it to the left)
4. Go to Conversations and enter a bunch of Conversations to get them to scroll up and down
5. Now click on the browser to increase the Zoom and set it to 110%

Expected Results: The Scroll bar to display correctly even when Zoom is over 100%

Actual Results: Users with browser set to 110%+ do not have the Scroll bar

Resolution

Workaround: Set the Zoom to 100% (zoom out)  or refresh the window
