Receiving the following error messages over and over again in the itechpoz_warn_<current date>.log file:
WARN : Cannot StartTLS because ssl not configured
WARN : Cannot StartTLS: protocol error
The dxserver and igateway processes start up, but not able to see the WorkloadAutomationAE and WCC0004 applications in EEM
Release : 12.x
Component : Embedded Entitlements Manager
Went to the /opt/CA/SharedComponents/iTechnology directory and verified the following value in the igateway.conf file:
<secureProtocol>TLSV1_2</secureProtocol
Went to the /opt/CA/SharedComponents/CADirectory/dxserver/config/ssld directory and confirmed the following line was in the itechpoz.dxc file
protocol = tls
Went to the /opt/CA/SharedComponents/CADirectory/dxserver/config/servers and added the following missing lines into the itechpoz.dxi file:
# ssld
source "../ssld/itechpoz.dxc";
Stopped and restarted the dxserver processes
