Issue/Introduction

In the stdlogs, we see the following error

05/12 23:34:30.50 SERVER spelsrvr  2484 ERROR  pcexec.c 6563 Spell interp failed at cr::post_val_category_modified (...) pcat.spl:1366: Math argument type mismatch

Customer would like to resolve this error

Release : 17.3

Cause

Suspect a customization is causing this error

Resolution

"Math argument type mismatch"

Indicates a data type error

"cr::post_val_category_modified"

Indicates a a category is being changed after initial creation in a Request, Incident, or Problem ticket.

Additional Information

Spelsrvr indicates that this is a customization which is beyond the scope of support.
