After 16.0.2.1 upgrade patch - user launching application from Broadcom internal OKTA Preview is sometimes presented with classic UI landing page rather than modern UI landing page.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. User logs in Clarity
2.  user session times out in the browser
3. User access clarity in a new tab using IDP flow
4. user login is rejected and redirected back to IDP
5. Since IDP session is still active user is redirected back to Clarity w/o login credentials 
6. essentially there are 2 auth events on ppmsso and clarity 
7. user may not notice the issue other than latency in login ( unless error url setting and IDP flow uses different UI as in case of current issue we are working on)

Expected Results: It should land user on MUX
Actual Results: It lands user in Classic instead
