Issue/Introduction

DBG98004I message was seen in the SYSLOG for the a TSO UserID, but not in the DC's JESMSGLG. Should the DBG98004I message be displayed in DC's JESMSGLG too? Is the DBG98004I low storage message just referring to the IDB2 end-user's session and not the DC itself?

Resolution

The message DBG98004I, when seen in TSO, would indicate that the TSO user address space is low on storage, rather than the data collector. If the user has an adequate region size coded, then dump the TSO user address space and send the tersed dump to Broadcom support for review.  Analysis of dump will tell if there is some problem or not.
