Rename of job impossible in Autosys R12.0

Issue/Introduction

We've got the version 12 of autosys however we still cannot rename job using proper jil command.

Resolution

This has been fixed in cum3 patch

RENAME JOB FAILS IN NATIVE SECURITY AFTER PR14588
Problem Number: 15357
Rename job fails in native security as it checks for the write access for the new name provided.
