Getting UNKNOWN flag in the DevTest Workstation

Issue/Introduction

We are seeing these flags when staging test in workstation.

Environment

Release : 10.7 and 10.7.2

Component : DevTest Workstation

Cause

 This issue is because of the "Remove supported mobile code" feature after Service Virtualization rlease10.5. Therefore, Service Virtualization 10.6, 10.7, and 10.7.2 are impacted.

 

 

Resolution

This is resolved by applying one of the following patches, depending on the release of DevTest:

• patch_DE538425_10.7.0_GA.jar
• patch_DE538425_10.7.2_GA.jar

Steps to apply the patch:

===========================

1. Stop all the DevTest components.

2. Copy and place the "patch_DE538425_10.7.0_GA.jar" or  "patch_DE53842_10.7.2_GA.jar” into the <DEVTEST_HOME>\lib\patches folder. Create the patches folder if not present.

4. Start the DevTest components in the correct order. For example: IAM->ED->Registry->Portal->VSE.
