Our email server has been changed. The change was made in our Jaspersoft server where it sends an email to user group without any problem, but not from our Clarity application side. Everything change needed for this change is properly set in the Clarity NSA, but Clarity mail notifications are still not working.

In the NSA replace host name of new mail server with the IP address. It may be possible to broker hostname inside the server's hosts file to specify the mail server hostname.
