Issue/Introduction

We would like to add a menu item in the UI of OI. Specifically a link to invoke a chat bot. Can you provide guidance how it can be achieved.

Component : CA DOI CAPACITY PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS

Resolution

 Currently it is not supported to add a custom link/menu item.
