Rally: new charts are now large and unable to shrink

Issue/Introduction

The Reports from the Reports Page are now large and unable to shrink them to a useable size for pasting into powerpoint presentations.  Unfortunately, the smaller I make my screen size – the wider the chart gets; likewise, if I make the screen view larger, the wider the screen size gets.

Cause

The new reports are coded to dynamically fit your browser size.  If you print to PDF or save-as HTML, the system likely gives you the largest available size.

Resolution

Size your browser window so that the chart is the intended size and take a screenshot of the chart.  The resulting image will be sized based upon that of your browser window.

To take a screenshot:

• Windows:  Windows Key + Shift + S
• Mac:  Command + Shift + 4
