Determine the version of CWP for Storage

Issue/Introduction

While troubleshooting, it becomes necessary to identify the version of the CWP for Storage.

Resolution

Do one of the following:

• Identify the version within the SCWP central console
• Identify the version of the Stack within AWS

 

To identify the version within the SCWP central console

1. Log into https://scwp.securitycloud.symantec.com
2. On Assets > Cloud > Controllers, locate the Instance ID of the controller unit you seek to check, then follow that row over to the Deployment Versions column

 

To identify the version within AWS

1. Log into AWS
2. Navigate to CloudFormation > Stacks
3. Scroll down through the Stack name column to find the stack.
4. When you find the stack for SCP for Storage, follow that row to the Description column.The Version of CWP for Storage is listed at the beginning of the Description.
