Mainframe Operational Intelligence

Issue/Introduction

Mainframe Operational Intelligence (MOI) may set end of service dates and/or end of life dates on prior MOI releases. 

To identify if there is an end of service date and/or end of life date for your MOI release, please follow these steps.

Resolution

To verify what the EOS/EOL dates are for older releases of MOI, please follow this process: 

  1. Log into your Broadcom Support account at https://support.broadcom.com/
  2. Go to this link - Product Lifecycle
  3. Enter Mainframe Operational Intelligence in the PRODUCT entry field
  4. Optionally, select the release level
  5. Click the Show results tab 
  6. The EOS and/or EOL dates will be displayed as shown below:
