Mainframe Operational Intelligence (MOI) may set end of service dates and/or end of life dates on prior MOI releases.
To identify if there is an end of service date and/or end of life date for your MOI release, please follow the process detailed in the Resolution section of this Knowledge Document.

To verify what the EOS/EOL dates are for older releases of MOI, please follow this process:
1) Log into your Broadcom Support account at https://support.broadcom.com/
2) Select Product Lifecycle link under the Quick Links topic on the lower right side of your My Dashboard
3) Start typing Mainframe Operational Intelligence in the PRODUCT entry field and then select MOI from the prompt
4) Hit the dropdown for RELEASE and select the release that you want to check on i.e. 2.0
5) Select the SERVICE LEVEL from the dropdown i.e. 0006
6) MVS for the OS is the only choice
7) The EOS and/or EOL dates will be displayed as shown below:
