LDAP configuration for Tenant Services not working (on- permised)

Issue/Introduction

While confguring the LDAP connection for a Tenant, we get the following errror message:

"Failed to create tenant. Please check provided LDAP Authentication Options."

Checked and made a successful bind on a Linux machine with ldapsearch with the same credentials.

Data we filled out:

LDAP Host URL: <valid DNS name>

LDAP Port: 636

The schema name, connection login name, connection password, base dn, group dn and admin group dn are already verified through  AD team.

It saying  LDAP SSL is not supported

DX Platform only supports Microsoft Active Directory, and hence this value should always be 
user
