Issue/Introduction

Customer want to bypass outlook.office365.com in existing PAC file, but it's not working as intended.

Cause

All Office 365 domains for specific services must be included in PAC file for bypass

Resolution

• Use official Microsoft Guide for creating a PAC file for Office 365 services - Use a PAC file for direct routing of vital Office 365 traffic - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/managing-office-365-endpoints?view=o365-worldwide
• Generate a PAC file (link1, link2) with Microsoft PowerShell script in the customer environment to show all the Office 365 service domains that can be bypassed, including worldwide endpoints.
• Compare generated PAC with PowerShell script with customer’s customized PAC file and adjust the Office 365 domains,
