Staffing Grid Per Period metrics: changes to allocation blank other values out

Issue/Introduction

When editing and saving allocation changes on the Staffing Grid per period metrics, actuals and total usage values get blanked out.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Log in to MUX and go to the Staffing module
2. Move to the Staffing grid tab
3. View Options: Add Allocations, Actuals and Total Usage to the Per Period metrics and display a few monthly periods
4. Modify the Allocation value on one of the monthly period cells
5. Move to the next row

Expected Results: The Allocation value change to be saved

Actual Results: The Allocation value change is saved, but other values like Actuals and Total usage have been blanked out

Resolution

Workaround: Refresh the page (F5)

This is fixed in 16.1.0 and 16.0.3.6
