Alerts not visible in SOI console

Issue/Introduction

We're not receiving alerts in SOI console even all connector is running fine and logs is showing publishing alerts successfully but the same is not visible in console.

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Event Integration Connector

Resolution

Stop the CA SOI Integration Services and kill the java.exe process and restart the CA SOI Integration Services .
