Issue/Introduction
Observed difference in performance data in 95% percentile values in UIM 20.4 and previous UIM version (20.1) using UMP (flash based)
PRD portlet was reintroduced back in UIM /OC 20.4

Resolution
Fix for this discrepancy was provided in Operator Console 20.4 - Cumulative Update 2 included in ump_operatorconsole-20.4.2.zip
