In the MUX Tasks Grid page, Inactive investments are not showing up until they are filtered explicitly

Issue/Introduction

Clicking on the Task Grid page in the MUX, by default only the active investments are shown. 

The inactive investment are shown if the filter Active = No is used explicitly

In all the Related Object workspaces like Tasks, Staffing, To-Do, an implicit filter Active = Yes is inserted into the logic. 

But if there is a need to see the inactive investments, please use the filters on the page.
