Issue/Introduction

During Post Install processing for the Database Management Solutions for Db2 for z/OS, why is the DSNAMExx member not copied to the new CDBAPARM dataset?

Resolution

The DSNAMExx member is not copied as a part of the Post Install process by design.  It is recommended to utilize Post Install
option 1  Setup - Create/edit global and product PARMLIB members / 2  Global - Create/edit global PARMLIB members to create
a new customized DSNAMExx member.
