Issue with with APPLY of SO14539.

Issue/Introduction

Getting the following message when I try to apply PTF SO14539.

 

 GIM23911E ** LINK-EDIT PROCESSING FOR SYSMOD SO14539 FAILED FOR MODULE TLMSVCVS IN LMOD TLMSVCVS IN THE SMPLTS LIBRARY.
              THE RETURN CODE (12) EXCEEDED THE ALLOWABLE VALUE. DATE 22.215 - TIME 13:03:48 - SEQUENCE NUMBER 000006 -
              SYSPRINT FILE SMP00006.

Resolution

Check if CTAPLINK/AATLMOD0 is a PDS or PDS/E..

Need to be a PDS/E for Cobol 6.2 and above.

Prior to the installation of this solution, your Hlq.TLMS.CTAPLINK   
and Hlg.TLMS.AATLMOD0 datasets must be converted to a PDSE dataset.  
If this is not performed, SMP/E will fail during the apply process   
as the objects are compiled with Cobol 6.2.                          
                                                                     
This PDS/E requirement applies to both the SMP Target library and    
any copies created even if included in the LinkList concatenation.
