Issue/Introduction

What is the most probable cause for the CEM error:  CEM0420E CEM SQL ERROR SQLCODE: FFFFFF84 SQLERRM: PLAN CEMEQ1.ECADWDCMCEMversion or CEMEQ1.ECACMDCMCEMversion DOES NOT EXIST
Also message CEM0644E for plan CEMEQ1.ECACMDCMCEM14827

Cause

PTF Holddata not being run.

Resolution

PTF SO13759 introduced the need to run the CEM0167C job from the CEM target CCEMJCL0 library to import the ECADWDCMCEM00167 and ECACMDCMCEM00167 CEM Datacom plans for CEM's Datacom Warehouse and Monitor Databases.  

PTF LU01692 (that pre's in SO13759 ) Holddata instructs the running of the CEMDCPLN member (from the .Custom.Joblib') to Import the new ECADWDCMCEM13951 and ECACMDCMCEM13951 CEM Datacom plans.
CEMDCPLN is also needed to resolve error with Plan CEMEQ1.ECACMDCMCEM14827

With PTF LU01692 applied, the successful run of the CEMDCPLN job corrected the problem.
