Unable to load websites that use only TLSv1.3

Issue/Introduction

Websites that use TLS1.3 only are not accessible. The "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH" is observed in the browser:

Environment

• ProxySG/ASG using pre 7.2.X SGOS release
• Website uses TLS1.3 without option to downgrade to TLS1.2

Cause

TLS1.3 is not supported on your ProxySG/ASG SGOS release.

Resolution

Upgrade your ProxySG/ASG to 7.2.X or later. These versions support TLS1.3
