B4G - allow to choose entry stage #2

Issue/Introduction

B4G does not allow to map Endevor stage number 2 when it is actually an entry stage for the environment. B4G will allow choosing stage #2 only if "read only" box is checked.

Resolution

Applied new fix BridgeForGit-Version-2.11.1.zip, Bridge for Git version 2.1.1 allows user to select stage 2 as the entry stage during mapping initialization.
