New UX Status tab is not displaying data from latest status report

Issue/Introduction

The newly created status report is not fetching any details from the latest published instance if the fields are added to the report for the first time.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to New UI
2. Open an active project
3. Navigate to status tab
4. Open the status report in draft status
5. Click on configure button
6. Configure the fields 'Affected by External Factors' and 'Scope Explanation'
7. Click on Done
8. Add any text to the field 'Scope Explanation' and check the checkbox for the field 'Affected by External Factors'
9. Click on Preview
10. Publish the report and click on Close

Expected Results: The data for the fields 'Affected by External Factors' and 'Scope Explanation' should be visible on the report in draft status

Actual Results: The data for the newly added fields is not visible on the status report in draft status

Workaround: 

Add the data again for the fields 'Affected by External Factors' and 'Scope Explanation' and it will be available on the report going forward
