Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

Upon the cancellation of long running reports, the reports start hanging in 'cancelling' status for hours, and other reports pile up in 'waiting' status.

Besides reports being stuck in cancellation status, it can potentially bring AAI down.

The defect DE542325 is fixed in AAI 6.4.4. Please upgrade to 6.4.4 or higher version of AAI.
