You need to create a "run smart response" option in the incident actions drop down list. Other users can see this option however you do not have this option when logging in with your own user.
Smart Response rules are applied on a per role basis.
Specify which Smart Response Rules can be executed on a per role basis.
Configured Smart Response Rules are listed in the "Available" column on the left.
To expose a Smart Response Rule for execution by a user of this role, select it and click the arrow to add it to the right-side column.
Use the CTRL key to select multiple rules.
