FDM Masking Validation Process Too Slow in 4.10.x

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to run a large masking csv through FDM batch file that contains over 21K rows. The validation process is taking way too long to complete so the masking process does not even start till then. When using a smaller csv set, FDM starts quickly. Is there any way to speed up the validation process or skip it altogether?

This is working by design!!!

One suggestion  to fix the perceived performance is ,  to divide the job into smaller ones. This will make it run faster.
