How to make the VERSA plugin not check and create SNMP items

Environment

Release : 21.2.x+

Cause

If you do not need the SNMP side of the Versa items, you can stop them from being discovered.  The one caveat is that the IP address for the device in the NetOps Portal will show as the Versa Director IP Address.  If that is acceptable, implement the resolution below.

Resolution

In the configuration of the Versa Plugin, change the value of the line "SET_APPLIANCE_IP_AS_OOBM_IP from false (the default) to true.
