SouthBound Gateway SBGW is not creating EventModels

Issue/Introduction

We have several sites with units that monitor security and environmental conditions. Each of these site control units are configured as Southbound Gateway, EventAdmin, models in Spectrum. Some of them are working. Some are not.

Cause

The EventModel already exists in another EventAdmin Container model, hence the SouthBound Gateway will not create a new model. The event is generated on the existing model.

Resolution

Do a Locater search to find the existing EventModel.

Additional Information

You can easily reproduce the issue by creating the EventModel in another EventAdmin container model.
