Issue/Introduction

After exporting the report to XL, The field shows as "java.sql.Timestamp". How to Hide the Time from Timestamp

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 16.0.2

Component : CLARITY

Resolution

a) Select the cell in which you have the time stamp from which you want to remove the time

b) Hold the Control key and then press the 1 key. This will open the Format Cells dialog box

c) In the Format Cells dialog box, select the Number tab

d) In the left panel, click on the Date option

e) select the format in which you want the date to be displayed

f) Click "OK"
