Issue/Introduction

Response Path Test no data
I have the Monitoring Profile Response Path set up with the correct collections set up. When I select IP SLA Latency & MOS for a specific switch that is within the collections assigned to the Response Path, I get no data. Also, I manipulate the time range and still no date.

Error seen in the polling config on the dcdebug page (http://<DA>:8581/dcdebug/searchdebug.html)

Resolution

To resolve dot he following:

1. Look up the device under Administration > Monitored Items Management > Monitored Devices

2. Under the 'Details' tab at the bottom of the page click the 'Stop Polling' button

3. Wait a few minutes for the polling config to clear out - very important

4. Click the 'Start Polling' button

5. Wait several more minutes for the polling config to rebuild

6. Once again check the polling config on the dcdebug page and the warnings should be gone, and you should now get data after several poll cycles
