Issue/Introduction

Cannot apply the GA version of the CRITMAP fix because it does not SUPERCEDE the most recent version of the APAR version LT05762.  Failing on SMPE error because LU03239 does not PRE and/or SUP LT05762

Resolution

LU03239 

When an INITACEE uses a certificate as the input to match on a certmap
with critmap, the INITACEE fails when the sysid and application are
the only variables passed in.
 
SYMPTOMS:
User views an entry in the TSSOERPT similar to the following example:
